Leaving the swelter of the city behind, all teammates of GRAEFF head to the bamboo seas of Anji for a refreshing two-day, one-night team building trip.Chasing waves along clear streams, feasting together, engaging in fun team challenges, wandering through vast bamboo groves, and stumbling upon adorable giant pandas…We cast off the hustle and stress of office work, draw closer amid lush nature and laughter, build deeper rapport, and forge unified strength to march forward side by side.

Day 1 Valley Water Fun & Gourmet Gathering,  Summer Carnival Unveiled

Amid constant laughter and chatter, the GRAEFF team arrives in Anji. Fresh mountain breeze greets us the moment we step out, and authentic local farm cuisine eases the weariness of the journey, kicking off our exclusive cool summer getaway.

Shimahuaxi Rafting, tucked deep within the bamboo forest, delivers unique exhilaration and romance exclusive to midsummer. Layers of tall green bamboo line both banks, blocking the scorching sunlight. Crystal-clear mountain spring water rushes down the winding watercourse.Sharp bends and steep slopes send sprays splashing everywhere, letting everyone cast aside reserve and shout freely. Water gun battles break out on calm stretches of the river. We pass through a 5D light-and-mist tunnel woven with glowing streams, as if stepping into a secret mountain haven. All work stress drifts away along the flowing water.

As dusk creeps over the wooded hills, we gather at the hotel restaurant for a lavish summer feast. After dinner, we host a heartwarming group birthday party for teammates celebrating birthdays recently. Sweet rituals and sincere wishes bring everyone closer and strengthen our sense of belonging to the big GRAEFF family.

Night falls deeper, and we unwind together at the homestay. Melodious songs fill the KTV, and laughter echoes through the multi-purpose lounge. The relaxed, cheerful atmosphere bridges the usual divide between colleagues at work.

Day 2 Team Collaboration on Lawns & Serene Strolls in Bamboo Seas, Uniting the Team as One

Morning sunlight spills over the mountains, marking the start of a brand-new day of team activities.Organized team-building games unfold on the spacious outdoor lawn. We run, discuss, cheer each other on and strive for shared victory. Through lighthearted competitions, we discover different sides of our colleagues, refine team synergy and unite our strength to forge ahead together.

After the team-building activities, we visited China Bamboo Expo Park, a national 4A-level scenic spot, and immersed ourselves in vast bamboo forests stretching for acres. Rolling green bamboos stretch as far as the eye can see, with the delicate fragrance of bamboo filling the forest paths. A wide variety of rare bamboo species and exquisite bamboo craft exhibition halls tell the story of thousand-year-old bamboo culture. We wandered slowly along the bamboo corridors, listening to the rustling bamboo waves, freeing our minds amid the green nature and calming our spirits.

This bamboo forest trip brought an unexpected pleasant surprise! We chanced upon a special birthday party for the three giant pandas in the park. We watched the fluffy and adorable pandas playing, eating and resting lazily up close, fully soaking in these heartwarming and lovely moments.This trip doubled our joy with two birthday celebrations in one team building event. We just celebrated our colleagues’ birthdays, and then stumbled upon the birthday of the national treasure giant pandas, embraced by double warmth and delight. This rare, soothing encounter left an exclusive and unforgettable memory of our bamboo forest team building, filling our mountain getaway with twice the warmth and perfection.

This Anji team building trip featured wild fun rafting on streams, collaborative challenges on the lawn, soothing tranquility amid vast bamboo seas, and an exclusive heartwarming surprise of celebrating the pandas’ birthdays by chance.

We recharged our energy amid mountains and woods, and forged unity through teamwork. Moving forward, all members of GRAEFF will bring the warmth and tacit understanding gained from this trip back to our posts. We will march forward side by side, unite as one, and jointly build a brand-new future for the sensor industry.
