China International Industry Fair (hereinafter referred to as "China Industry Fair") is an international industrial brand exhibition with equipment manufacturing industry as the main body of display and trading co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, co-organized by the China Machinery Industry Federation and undertaken by Donghao Lansheng (Group) Co., Ltd.

Since its inception in 1999, through specialization, marketization, internationalization and brand operation, China Industry Fair has developed into the most influential international industrial brand exhibition in China's equipment manufacturing industry through the certification of the International Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), and is an important window and economic and trade exchange and cooperation platform in China's industrial field facing the world. Since 2015, China Industry Fair has officially moved to the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) is located in the core area of Shanghai Hongqiao CBD, adjacent to the Hongqiao transportation hub, and is currently the world's largest convention and exhibition complex.
